This item provides unlimited Fast Travel to discovered Campfires and Settlements throughout the world.
You can find the Golden Fast Travel Pack as early as you reach Daytower but all merchants, except specialty merchants, found around Meridian will trade this item to you.
Once you have all the required items, look for any merchant in the general area that is Meridian. As early as you reach Daytower, which is the first outpost you encounter on your way to Meridian, you can find a merchant who will trade it to you.
