A brazen robbery in broad daylight deprives a noble of a precious heirloom. How was he targeted, and why?
This is one of the first quests you can accept once you reach Meridian. Speak to the Noble calling Aloy over for assistance and investigate the area. Follow the blood trail and then speak to any witnesses in the area. Return to the merchant you first spoke to and she'll tell you the whole truth.
Take the lift down to the Watermill
The merchant will tell you to talk to Kindiv at the Watermill. Head on over there and learn about the whole story behind the theft.
Kindiv will tell you to look for Nasan at a fork in the road. Go there and investigate the area for clues. Follow the tracks to an Outpost where you'll find Nasan.
Take out the Shadow Carja soldiers at the Outpost. Stealth is a great way to deal with them and brute force can be fun but its also risky. Follow the tracks leading to Nasan. When you find him, set him free and speak to him. Return to Ravan to complete the quest.
